Beyond his role at Accenture, Azwan has served as an Independent Non-Executive
Director of PUNB and was previously part of the Marketing and Sponsorship Committee

recently appointed to the CEO Faculty of Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, where he

NATIONAL CYBER SECURITY AGENCY (NACSA)

Ir. Dr. Megat Zuhairy Megat Tajuddin is currently the Chief Executive of National Cyber
Security Agency (NACSA). He is a Registered Professional Engineer with Practising
Certificate with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and is also the Registrar of
BEM. Previously he served as the Director of Engineering, Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) Division at the Public Works Department (PWD).
He has been involved in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering, particularly
in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure and system
projects, for the past 25 years. He graduated in Electrical and Computer Engineering
from the John Hopkins University, USA before completed MSc. In Communications
Technology at Ulm University, Germany and obtained his PhD in Technology and
Innovation Management at MARA University of Technology (UiTM).

General Manager
RENEWABLE ENERGY, K2 STRATEGIC

Thava is the General Manager for Renewable Energy for K2 Strategic, where he
oversees procurement of carbon free energy for K2’s global portfolio. This includes
PPA and RECs procurement, JVs and strategic partnerships on energy as well as
acquisition and development of renewable energy projects globally. As a renewable
energy specialist, Thava has previously worked on investments and financing of
solar, wind (onshore and offshore) and BESS projects across Europe and APAC –
with tenure in IPPs such as Vantage RE (a TNB renewable energy platform) and
NextEnergy Group (a UK based Solar and BESS investment manager).

Spencer Low is Google’s cross-functional sustainability leader in Asia Pacific, the regional head of a global team that leads sustainability strategy and programs. He works with a broad range of stakeholders and is an active advocate for leveraging Artificial Intelligence and digital technologies to tackle critical sustainability challenges.

Previously Spencer was the Chief Sustainability Officer and CEO Travel Retail at the Singapore-listed aviation services and food solutions company SATS Ltd., where he was instrumental in transforming the company into a global leader in sustainability. Prior to that, he held senior management roles within the technology companies Booking Holdings and Rakuten Group after spending the first decade of his international career at Bain & Company. Spencer has served on the Board of Directors of KrisShop and currently chairs the Innovation task force of the United Nations ESCAP Sustainable Business Network.

Dato’ Hamzah bin Hussin was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia in 2021, Dato’ Hamzah leads national efforts to advance the national energy transition agenda. He drives renewable energy growth through flagship mechanisms such as the Feed-in Tariff (FiT) and the Malaysia Renewable Energy Roadmap (MyRER), complemented by the transition from Net Energy Metering (NEM) to the Solar Accelerated Transition Action Programme (Solar ATAP), while overseeing impactful initiatives like Nikmat Untuk Rakyat (NUR) to achieve Malaysia’s renewable energy targets of 31% by 2025 and 40% by 2035.

A University of Malaya economics graduate and career Administrative and Diplomatic Officer since 2003, Dato’ Hamzah brings over two decades of government experience, with vast expertise in policy formulation, strategic planning, and governance. He previously served as Senior Private Secretary and Chief of Staff to several Malaysian Ministers, in the Prime Minister’s Department, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, where he played a pivotal role in high-level policy making and intergovernmental coordination.
