After 4 years in field operations and corporate stint, Justin kickstarted his startup journey with Grab in 2015, launching the business in 20 new cities across Malaysia within the mobility and delivery verticals. ​

He went on to helm ROVR (under PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad), Southeast Asia’s first mobile fuel delivery service as General Manager in 2019, growing it’s delivery volume by 6x over the pandemic period. A pivot into Beam Mobility saw him taking on the burgeoning micromobility industry where he is currently the GM, Expansion Markets of Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, and Japan. As part of the largest micromobility operator in Asia Pacific, he is looking forward to share his experience in navigating and propelling the industry forward with the aim of solving first mile and last mile connectivity via a greener, more sustainable transport option in Malaysia and beyond.​
