Drawing from a distinguished 30-year tenure within the Shell group, Idzqandar’s multifaceted expertise encompasses Engineering, Maintenance, Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), Projects, Quality, and Suppliers’ Performance. His illustrious journey culminated as the Global Head – Quality & Suppliers’ Performance at Shell Technology Centre Bangalore, India. There, he commanded multicultural, multidisciplinary, and geographically dispersed teams, catalysing change across global functions.​​

His leadership in implementing the Shell Life Saving Rules (LSR) catapulted his team into a global frontrunner, setting an industry benchmark embraced by the entire Oil & Gas sector. Notably, his team’s ingenuity garnered the prestigious 2020 Director’s Award for pioneering Remote Inspection capabilities, ensuring uninterrupted project progress during the COVID-19 pandemic.​
